I like coffee, but it makes to jittery when I consume too much (which means more than 8oz). One dropper of alert gives me mental focus. I use one dropper in 8-16 oz of water in the mourning instead of coffee. It’s not an anxious alertness, but a calm one. I couldn’t believe how much focus I had. I’m glad I made the purchase!
